While technology advances, spine surgery remains a hands-on art. It occurs first in the mind, where a problem is understood, and then proceeds to the hands and surgical site where it must be performed. We set out to create a quiet place where the experienced surgeon, the newly initiated and the corporate technician could study and explore in one location, at one time and as a team. We maintain that each member has something to teach and learn. In creating a forum of action where several novel and established techniques are experienced, our work as individuals as well as a community grows.Next course:
